Your message stays on your device until you send it
The message starter on this website runs in your browser. Selecting a topic, editing a message or copying it does not submit an inquiry to Veronica, create a booking or store the message in a website database. This page does not use browser storage to retain your message; text may still be handled by your device, browser or clipboard settings.
When you contact Veronica
If you choose to send a message through Instagram, Meta processes that communication under its own privacy practices, and Veronica receives the information you choose to send. Information may be used to answer your questions and discuss a potential session. A website visit or inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please keep medical records, detailed personal histories and unnecessary identifying information about other people out of your first message.
Surrogate inquiries
You may ask a general question about a surrogate session without identifying the person concerned. Before private information about someone else is shared or a session is considered, permission, privacy and suitability need to be discussed. A relationship to someone does not by itself establish permission to share their information.
Photo preview spaces
The optional portrait pickers save the photo you select in this browser’s local IndexedDB storage so it can appear in both portrait spaces on this device. Crop position and zoom are also stored locally, separately for each page. The photo is not uploaded to Veronica or published to the website. You can remove it using the Remove control or by clearing this website’s browser data. Other visitors and other devices do not receive your preview.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting platform and infrastructure providers may process your IP address, browser or device information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Providers may process information outside Canada, under their own security, retention and legal arrangements.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
This website has no added advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, payment form or inquiry database. Its handwritten font file is hosted with the site; fonts are not requested from Google Fonts. The hosting or authentication platform may use technical cookies or similar storage for access, security and operation. Linked services, including Instagram and the separate Restoration Method website, have their own practices.
Use, sharing and retention
Information you send directly may be used to respond to your inquiry, arrange an appropriate next step and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold. Service providers may handle information to operate communication and hosting services, and disclosure may occur where required by law. Contact information is retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable obligations; provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s practices.
Your choices and privacy questions
You may ask what personal information Veronica holds about you, request access or correction, or ask about deletion or withdrawing consent, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact contact@veronicatorres.co with a privacy request; enough information may be requested to verify and understand it. This notice concerns this QHHT website. Session records, recordings and any later intake process should be explained separately before collection.
