QHHT · Consent · Discernment

Before You Book
a QHHT Session

You do not need to arrive fearless, perfectly prepared, or certain about what you believe.

You may simply be curious. You may have questions you have carried for years. You may feel disconnected from yourself, from God, or from the clarity you once had.

A QHHT session offers dedicated time to slow down, explore your inner experience, and listen more deeply—without judgment and without pressure to produce a particular result.

01 · The experience

What happens during a session?

We begin with a private conversation about your life, your questions, and what you hope to understand.

I then guide you through a gentle relaxation process using my voice. You remain an active participant throughout the experience. The session is not something being done to you; it is a process we move through together.

People experience hypnosis differently. Some receive vivid images. Some notice memories, emotions, words, physical sensations, or quiet impressions. Others feel deeply relaxed without experiencing anything dramatic.

There is no “correct” way for your session to unfold.

03 · Faith without pressure

Do I need to share your spiritual beliefs?

No.

My practice is faith-centered and grounded in reverence for God, human dignity, truth, and personal responsibility. I will not pressure you to adopt my beliefs or interpret your experience in a predetermined way.

You do not need to be certain about God—or pretend that you are.

Your questions are welcome.
So is your uncertainty.

04 · Meaning with discernment

What if something unusual comes forward?

QHHT experiences can sometimes feel symbolic, spiritual, emotional, imaginative, or personally meaningful. We do not need to rush to label them as literal fact.

The more useful questions are often:

  1. 01

What does this reveal about what I am carrying?

  2. 02

Does it lead toward truth, responsibility, peace, and greater wholeness?

  3. 03

Is there something practical I am being invited to understand or change?

  4. 04

What deserves further prayer, discernment, or professional support?

The purpose is not to collect extraordinary identities or stories. The purpose is to consider what—if anything—the experience helps you understand and integrate into your present life.

05 · Scope of practice

What QHHT does not replace

QHHT is a complementary personal and spiritual exploration practice. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

No particular insight, memory, spiritual experience, or outcome can be guaranteed.

06 · A thoughtful decision

Is this the right next step?

You may be a good fit if…

  • You are approaching the experience voluntarily.
  • You are curious but willing to remain discerning.
  • You understand that experiences and results vary.
  • You are comfortable communicating your needs and boundaries.
  • You want to explore what arises without being forced into a conclusion.
  • You are willing to consider how insight may be responsibly integrated into daily life.

A session may not be the right next step if…

  • Someone else is pressuring you to attend.
  • You are seeking a guaranteed cure, diagnosis, prediction, or supernatural proof.
  • You expect the practitioner to make decisions for you.
  • You require emergency, medical, psychiatric, or crisis care.
  • You are not presently able to provide informed, voluntary consent.

Not being ready now does not mean anything is wrong with you. Sometimes the wisest and most loving answer is simply, “Not yet,” or “I need a different kind of support first.”

Before scheduling

A question can be
